The AJUST® HELICAL Adjustable Single-Incision Sling System is the only single-incision sling system that utilizes a HELICAL-style Introducer replicating the proven Transobturator technique.
The AJUST® HELICAL Adjustable Single-Incision Sling System includes: a fully adjustable sling with self-fixating polypropylene anchors; a new helical-style introducer designed to help consistently place the sling in the obturator membrane in a safe and secure manner (due to its curvature and length); and a flexible stylet to lock the sling after adjustment.
